The West Highland Way is our most popular walking route. To discover its full potential we do recommend our Professional Guided Tours. Travelling in small groups (no more than 12) you will have companionship with fellow walkers and an extremely knowledgeable professional guide who will be with you every step of the way. Single travellers, couples or small groups may find this an ideal opportunity to explore the West Highland Way as you travel from lowland Scotland to the Highlands.
Scotland is a diverse country steeped in History and Culture throughout it's entirety.
We will have an informal introductory meeting with your guide and support staff at the beginning of the hike with regular meet-ups in the evenings of your walking holiday and offer a complimentary minibus ride back to Milngavie, Glasgow Int Airport or Glasgow City Centre.
All the accommodations will be the best on offer and are a selection of Hotels, Guest Houses and B&B's. Our Guided Walks have full luggage transfers throughout.
Each Tour Date must reach a minimum of 6 spaces with a maximum of 12 spaces. All accommodation used in our tours (unless otherwise specified) is made by AMS Outdoors on a twin occupancy basis. The working detail of this is:
a) If travelling by yourself you will be rooming with a member of the same sex.
b) Should there be an odd number of same sex clients our policy is to use a triple room where this is a workable option. Where this is not possible a “forced single” room will be made available to a client
at no additional cost.
